Diligencia recognised in the 2025 RegTech100 for second consecutive year

This annual list highlights the most innovative and influential companies in the regulatory technology space, identifying the solutions that are helping financial institutions navigate the complexities of technological disruption and ever-evolving regulatory requirements. 

The financial industry is facing increasing pressure, with regulatory fines on the rise. In the first half of 2024 alone, global regulators imposed 80 fines totalling US$263.2 million for non-compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, including violations related to Know Your Customer (KYC) sanctions, Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs), and transaction monitoring. This trend underscores the critical challenge firms face in maintaining compliance amid mounting regulatory scrutiny. 

A panel of analysts and industry experts examined a longlist of nearly 1,500 businesses, which was produced by RegTech Analyst. The panel looked to highlight the technological solutions as well as risk and compliance offerings that all financial institutions need to be aware of in 2025.
