As I reflect on the incredible strides we made in 2024, I am filled with pride and excitement. Last year marked a milestone in our journey of growth, transformation and meaningful impact. I’m thrilled to share some of the key highlights with you.
ISO 27001 certification
One of the most significant achievements for Diligencia last year was achieving ISO 27001 certification, affirming our commitment to the highest standards of information security.
Empowering clients with enhanced services
We made multiple enhancements to ClarifiedBy, including allowing subscribers to easily monitor entities by selecting them directly via their online profile page.
Another significant improvement was introducing a new naming convention for our organisation profiles, helping clients quickly assess the completeness of each data record with Gold, Silver, or Bronze labels.
We also upgraded our Service Credits Bands, reducing cost for subscription clients requesting updates and offering free updates for organisations across 12 jurisdictions.
Our ClientConnect API also received noteworthy enhancements with expanded compliance screening data for organisations and individuals in the MEA region, including sanctions, adverse media and PEPs.
A brand new look: Reimagining our identity
We rolled out a complete refresh of our brand identity. We introduced new logos, updated colours and refreshed fonts. Alongside this, we launched our new Diligencia website. This rebranding marks a major evolution of our company as we continue to innovate and provide cutting-edge solutions to our clients.

Making a difference: Our commitment to communities

- Expanding ClarifiedBy
We will be adding over 1 million new records for organisations and individuals based in Turkey to our database in Q1, further solidifying ClarifiedBy as the most comprehensive and trusted source of entity data for the Middle East and Africa. - Introducing ‘lite’ profiles
Organisation profiles with high-level information will be made available on ClarifiedBy for clients who do not always require fully comprehensive records. - Complete redesign for ClarifiedBy
Later in the year, we will roll out a complete redesign of ClarifiedBy, making it even more intuitive and user-friendly.
